Alexandra Helmert studied sociology, economics and higher education management at the universities of Marburg and Bielefeld as well as at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences (Diplom 2002, doctorate 2006, MBA 2012). After several years in management positions at leading German research institutions, she shaped the development of R&D structures at msg life in 2019, supported the agile transformation and drove forward the standardisation of processes.

Since 2022, she has significantly shaped product-specific compliance management and has been AI Officer at msg life since 2025.
