Training programme

We offer specific development opportunities for different target groups, with a clear focus on the individual needs and goals of our teams. The sustainable development and long-term support of our employees is our top priority, whether it’s professional expertise, relevant leadership skills (leadership programme) or the further training of our internal trainers (train-the-trainer programme).

Train-The-Trainer

Many of our training courses are conducted by internal trainers who pass on their professional expertise in line with our corporate culture. After all, no one knows the specific technicalities of our industry better than those who deal with them on a daily basis. Our Train-The-Trainer programme helps our trainers settle into their roles by providing them with teaching tools and methods that complement their own specialist knowledge. As we are constantly looking to develop our range of courses, new trainers are always welcome!

Onboarding

Our comprehensive onboarding programme offers authentic insights into our corporate culture and values even before the first day of work. New employees have the opportunity to get to know different areas early on, network and discover important tools and topics. An interactive and individually designed employee portal is available to them for this purpose. In addition, there are onboarding events that accompany them virtually and on site during their first six months with us. grow programme

grow – the acronym stands for growth, recognition, opportunity and work. In this programme, employees from different departments and locations come together to process content-related or strategic topics, learn from each other and grow together. The grow programme promotes both professional knowledge and personal skills and supports participants in preparing for future tasks and challenges. The programme has a special focus on building networks – among participants themselves and with other people in the company. This exchange of knowledge, experience and perspectives is a central component for us. We want to support our employees in fully developing their potential and making it visible – for themselves, for others and for the company.

Leadership programme

Our digital learning platform, the Qualification Suite, offers our managers a wide range of basic programmes on topics such as leadership roles, understanding leadership, communication and collaboration. This offering is supplemented by workshops, impulse events and networking meetings where current leadership topics are discussed, experiences are shared and contacts are made. Our goal is to strengthen our managers in their roles. That is why we focus on tailor-made learning opportunities and events that enable orientation, exchange and further development.

Summits

We also offer our employees so-called summits – a format for dialogue, knowledge exchange and the joint development of content for specific target groups. These events, which usually last several days and take place across different locations, serve primarily as opportunities for personal networking. Current challenges and best practices are discussed and new methods and trends are addressed. The focus is set on specific skills and development opportunities that strengthen our teams and connect them professionally and thematically.

Team building / coaching

We place great value on teamwork and cohesion. That is why we support our teams with systematic team development programmes that involve both managers and the entire team. In one-to-one consultations, coaching sessions and needs-based team workshops, we create space for topics such as strength orientation, conflict resolution and the promotion of cooperation. In this way, the individual strengths of each team member are recognised, promoted and meaningfully incorporated into the team.
