Getting off to a good start is the first step!

Our onboarding process supports you as you join us.

Before you officially start with us, we want to use our onboarding programme to help you prepare as well as possible for your first day at work. You’ll be given access to our employee portal, where we provide key information and helpful tips to help you get settled quickly: Get to know our corporate culture and find out how we work together, receive details about your future working environment, and learn about your location and other topics, such as the company pension scheme. We also provide all the documents you need for your start digitally via the portal. This allows you to focus fully on your new colleagues and your new responsibilities.

What does your start with us look like in practice?

Our onboarding process

At beginning, you’ll go through our six-month onboarding programme. As part of our virtual WelcomeHouR, you’ll first get to know all your fellow new colleagues and be guided through all the relevant aspects of starting with us.

In addition, during this period, alongside e-learning modules on various key topics, face-to-face events for our new employees take place every two months at our sites in Germany and Austria. As part of your onboarding, you will therefore participate in a total of three events, enabling you to connect with your colleauges early on and gain an overview of our corporate structures, strategies and products. You’ll have the chance to chat with your new colleagues, subject matter experts and managers in a relaxed atmosphere, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Thanks to the rolling system, you’ll get to know both those who, like you, are participating in their first onboarding session, as well as colleagues who are already on their second or third time.

 

Due to the different core topics in each onboarding session, you’ll receive practical insights for your work with us. We’ll also provide you with tips and tricks for day-to-day work to ensure you get off to the best possible start with us.
