AI in Insurance Core Systems – From Play to Purpose

In today’s dynamic market, it often seems that in the blink of an eye the future becomes the past. Everyone is tinkering with AI these days. Results range from humorous to terrifying, but when will it actually become useful – or even indispensable – in the insurance industry?

In his keynote talk (21 May, 11:15 am), Milenko Radic, msg life ag board member, delineated what a practical AI integration into core insurance systems would look like. What would be required technically and in what environment could it truly be a gamechanger? He then demonstrated two real-world examples where it is already in use.
