We participate at lots of events and job fairs every year. These formats are an excellent opportunity to get to know us as an employer and talk to us.

Contact and information day at HFT
On Thursday, 5th May 2026, we will be participating at the contact and information day at HFT Stuttgart again. The event will take place on site at the HFT and offers students the opportunity to discuss current topics and establish contacts with companies. We are very pleased to be part of this event.
Girls‘ Day 2026
On 23rd April 2026, we will be participating at the Girls’ Day together with other companies from the msg group. We are delighted to have this opportunity to tell girls more about careers in STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) and to hold interactive workshops and exciting presentations by our colleagues. We will give the schoolgirls real insights into everyday working life through exciting practical examples and exchanges with our colleagues. At our locations in Chemnitz, Karlsruhe, Ismaning, Cologne, Passau, Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Hamburg and Braunschweig, girls will have the opportunity to get to know various msg group companies and different entry-level and career opportunities. AI-Lecture
We are delighted to be giving a presentation at Maria Ward Gymnasium Nymphenburg.
The presentation will provide insights into various study options, highlight career prospects and give a practical overview of everyday work in the field of AI.
The aim is to get sixth form students excited about computer science and AI and to answer any questions they may have about studying, starting a career and practical applications. We look forward to the exchange and exciting discussions on site.
Events 2025
We kicked off the event year back in February with our participation in the in-house exhibition at it.schule Stuttgart, where we provided insights into everyday working life, entry into dual study programmes and the start of the apprenticeship.
In April, we took part in Girls’ Day within the msg group. The aim was to introduce girls and young women to the diverse career paths in the STEM fields (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) and to inspire them to pursue technical careers.
In May, we were represented at the KIT career fair together with colleagues from msg systems, where we had the opportunity to talk to students, doctoral candidates and prospective students in a relaxed campus atmosphere. We also took part in the contact and information day at HFT Stuttgart, where students were able to make valuable contacts.
In July, Stefan Nörtemann gave a presentation at the LMU Munich actuarial colloquium on the topic of ‘Fit4AIAct: AI regulation in insurance – what you need to know now’. Another highlight for us was the Maths Cup at Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences, where we were able to support talented students and their enthusiasm for mathematics through sponsorship.
In October, we were represented at the Trittau Gymnasium job fair in Hamburg, where we talked to upper school students. We were also available to answer questions about our training and study opportunities at the Börse Deiner Zukunft (Your Future Exchange) in Leinfelden-Echterdingen. In addition, we took part for the first time in Connecta Regensburg, Bavaria’s largest company contact fair. There, we informed students from OTH Regensburg and the University of Regensburg about career opportunities with us. In addition, we were able to hold a workshop on ‘artificial intelligence in actuarial science’ at the University of Ulm in October.
We concluded the year in November with our participation in the company contact fair at FH Wedel, the WiMa Congress at the University of Ulm and the DHBW Study Day at DHBW Stuttgart.
